Credit Union Volunteers Make a Difference...so can you!

Atlantic Regional, serving its members since 1941, is looking for members that are interested in serving the Credit Union in a volunteer capacity. This is a great opportunity to learn about financial matters and to enhance your resume. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, contact Roger C. Sirois, CEO/Treasurer.

Board of Directors  

Chanel R. Coulombe, Chair: Chanel began as a credit union volunteer in 1985 where he served as a Credit Committee member. In 1988, he was elected to serve on the Board of Directors and has served as Secretary and Vice Chair. Chanel was elected as the Chair in April 2008. 

David L. Leclerc, Vice Chair: Dave began his credit union service as a volunteer in 1988, serving on the Credit Committee. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 1993 and later appointed Secretary of the Board. Dave was appointed Vice Chair in April 2008. 

Roger C. Sirois, Treasurer: Roger began his career with the Atlantic Regional in June 1986. Prior to becoming Treasurer/CEO, he served as Executive Vice President. Roger received his undergraduate degree from Husson College and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Roger is a gradute of CUNA Management School and serves on the MidCoast Hunger Prevention Program's Board of Directors.

Camille L. Gagne, Secretary: Camille has been a part of the credit union movement since 1989 where he served on the Credit Committee. He later was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Committee in 1993, serving for three years. Camille was later elected to the Board of Directors in 1996.

Leon H. Laffely, Director:  Leon has served as a credit union volunteer since 1981, where he began as a Credit Committee member. In 1985, Leon was elected to the Board of Directors and has served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Board.

Paul R. Labbe, Director: Paul became a credit union volunteer in 2000 serving on the Supervisory Committee as Chairman. He was later elected to the Board of Directors in August 2005.

Mary M. Sloan, Director: Mary has recently (April 2008) rejoined the credit union Board, after previously serving on the Board from 1999 until 2005.
